Our story
ForgePoint HVAC serves homeowners and small businesses across Central Kentucky with heating, cooling, and indoor air quality work. With 27 years of HVAC experience, ForgePoint was built around a simple approach: diagnose first, explain clearly, and recommend only what makes sense for the customer and the system.

How we work
We start every job by listening to what the system is doing, then we measure. For cooling, that means temperatures, refrigerant pressures, electrical readings, and airflow. For gas heat, it means a combustion safety inspection that includes the heat exchanger, flue draft, gas pressure, and carbon monoxide testing. The readings tell us what is actually wrong, so we repair the fault instead of replacing parts and hoping.
We share photos and readings with every diagnosis, explain what the findings support, and give you the price in writing before any repair begins. If replacement makes more sense than repair, we say so and explain why, and if a repair makes more sense, we say that too. Equipment sizing for replacements starts with a load calculation, and we verify airflow and static pressure after installation.
After the work, the final operation and relevant findings are documented on the service ticket, and if something is not right, we come back and make it right.
