What to tell us when you call
A few details help us diagnose faster and bring the right tools and parts. You do not need to know technical terms. Just tell us what you are seeing and hearing.
- Your address, so we can confirm we serve your area.
- What the system is doing: no heat, no cooling, noises, ice, or a smell.
- The type of system and its approximate age, if you know them.
- Whether the thermostat display is on or blank.
- The best number and time to reach you.
Appointments depend on availability, and we do not dispatch after 9 PM. If you smell gas, leave the home and call your gas utility or 911 from outside.
